Today Dharma class injected new pointers for my brain to ponder and reflect
1. Letting go
2. Right and wrong
3.Our wants and how Strong it is related our anger level
4. further appreciation of the noble Eightfold Path.
5.Mindfulness, watch how our mind works
What is right and in enforcing it? Reducing want even for the right thing????
