Ya, i was all excited. I start off full of hope ( we should try walking from Bukit Timah to Macritchie, i told PK), chatting with my friend. After 1.5 hr walk, i don't fell like talking. I wonder how far have we covered.
So i walk and walk and walk for another 45min before we reach tree top. Nothing grand cause i am too exhausted. So we walk and walk and walk for another 2 hrs to get out of Macritichie.
I stinks like hell and believe me i would never go for such a long walk again. I am totally drained.
So morale of the stories is :
1. Never over estimate what you can do
2. I have been to Treetop walk - that something to boast about ( but nothing grand la)
3. I am happy to burn some of the accumulated calories.
4.I am dead tired for the next 3 days
PS. after the walk we went for KFC !!!!! ha ha

Yes, the road from Bt Timah which is know as Rifle Range Road is the shortest. Within one hour you can reach the tree top walk.
The walk from MacRitchie carpark is 11km. No wonder you are exhausted. Haha.
