The building has 5 levels open to public and each level has sofas for you to sit and relax and be with the toys. (Too bad i did not bring my camera).Most of the toys are not from generation so i couldn't reckon or connect with most of the display. Perhaps the 5 stones?? and glass marbles???But i found a toy which i have it in my younger days, the feeling was just like " hey, i know that toy!"
Something nice to remember.........
1. Robby the robot(Round form with gentle voice)- first robot ever build, program never to harm and listen to humans
2. Popeye the sailor man - Driven by honestly and loyalty, fought only upon extreme provocation and with just case.
He said " strong to the finish cause i eats me spinach, i'm popeye the sailorman.
He said to Olive Oyl : "Valentine, will it break the ice if i axe you to be mine?" and "be my valentine, I had to learn to like olives, but you have appealed to my good taste."
3.The little girl in Astroboy cartoon is "Urun", is the sister of Astroboy not girlfriend (that what i told PK- ops!)
4.Some toys, mainly handcrafted dolls are made by the poor to earn a living as well. The dolls represent a rare glimpse of Chinese society back then, as well as the hope for a better tomorrow. Micheal Lee said " Only when you see people suffer like this resting his hand on his heart, does your heart become soft"
For once upon a time, toys had a direct relationship with the countries in which they were made, with different subjects,colours,techniques and materials, yesterday's toy are minature cultural ambassadors for their country of or gin.
I have enjoyed myself as if i have return to childhood, the days with no worries and lots of fun.
