Reading this reminds me of drawing margins on my accounting ledger book during secondary school times.
We may have worry what is the final result and forget to enjoy the process. Sometimes when i start to jog, i will think of when i can finish it, thus the whole exercise becomes a mental stress. It will be a great jog if i don think too much and keep running and soon is 5 km...
Keep running CYL...you must pick yourself up...don give up!

Why think and bother of the end results when you have the goal to complete the task. I believe you can make it.
Yes keep running and not time you find yourself have done a great job and finish jogging 5km at a timing you have never achieve before.
