I only need 7 hours

Going without makes you tired
Too much makes you lethargic
Right amount makes you feel good
Going back to it makes you blurry
Getting up immediately make you feel good & noble

The rules of life - Sleep

Yes this is very true and i have realise it for myself. For the past few weeks or a month, i found that i couldn't concentrate well and suffer from memory lapses and i always feel sleepy. Too much of sleep makes you blurry.

Now i only restrict myself to 7 hours and resist the urge to go back to sleep after my alarm clock goes off at 5.30 am.......
