Accountants

This week i attended the ICPAS pre-admission course. The feeling of sitting at the back rows in a classroom from 9am to 5pm proves a great retreat from work, cause your job is just to listen, laugh at the jokes by the lecturer is so damn relaxing . Looking out of the window occasionally and was greeted by the nice city view as we are at the 23rd level. It has been such a long time since i return to the classroom.....maybe that's why time flies and soon is tea breaks and lunch....hahah

While i day dream most of the time, what i take back from the lessons are :

1. We Accountants have poor marketing skills, appear to be not helpful at all ( we will always code " the standards do not allow this" and yet never offer solutions. We are pathetically boring people.

2. We are too book-wise not street wise, thus we loose our basic instinct which is common sense

3. I am not interested in the job of a CPA.... sucks.

4. I had almost forgotten all about Accounting, i can't even compute M.I !!!!!!


Conclusion....just try to pass the test and get the certification then decide what to do with it :)
