Compassion

Is expressing sympathy and concern for others in thoughts and actions. It is a reaching out to others in a spirit of love and respect.. For some, the most difficult task and trust me, is really difficult after so much hurt you have gone throught.

The good news, first person you have to be compassionate is towards yourself.

1. Respect yourself
2. Care for yourself
3.Committed to yourself
4. Take responsibilities for helping yourself to become all that you can be

Yes, i start to appreciate the above, cause if you don treat yourself well, no one else. Is true.

Many people who have been let down or hurt close themselves down emotionally so as not to be hurt again. In doing so, they stop living and feeling, and suffer much more in the long run. I have closed all my "doors" to my fellow colleagues as i feel none of them deserve my help again. I might end up suffering emotionally but i know in time, i will open the doors again, but this time ajar.
