What are your "big rocks"? These are usually the things that are most important to you ( only to you, not doing it for others sake) which are not urgent, thus we often neglect it. We get through each day fire fighting and at the end of the day or perhaps the last day of our life do we regret that life has passed us so aimlessly.
So put our "big rocks" first thing first and block out time for them and consistently doing it, then we will feel more "balanced" in life.
I know what my "big rocks" are... at least for one of them. I hope u do too.
