I have decided to stop using the words such as dieting, weight loss, fat etc. From today onwards, i am keepin healthy. Weight loss and well tone body shape is the by product of a healthy life style.
I will take each day as a new start and focus on my exercise routine from now onwards focusing at least half an hour of workout per day and EAT WELL. I will never go without food and i think it is not the whole idea of keeping fit.
Today i did an hour of jogging. This is a good start. I will fall off the path definitely one of these day but i shall get on back the track.
