Recently there has been increase frustration from colleagues whom seem to dictate how i should handle my work. Their case is always urgent and wants my attention immediately. Visiting doctor has to obtain queue number, you cannot always have your way and immediately.
I have tried to be patient and explain that they can always leave me a e-mail which i would respond, but they still dictate what i should do, asking me to on my office IM. I simply feel so pissed off, where is the simple respect of human rights, the freedom to attend to e-mails and not be disturb?
Maybe in this world of technology, things are happening so far and within a click that people are becoming too selfish. Work relationship should be build on respect of another choice and actions.
Please respect my space and style of working and stop telling me i should on the SAMETIME.
I will not give a second chance to anyone who cross that line. Don't make me do it! You will get nothing from me.
