Although most make bold decisions to make drastic changes to their lives, they often wind up falling short because they aren't programmed to accept that much change so quickly.
This year, resolve to make a simple resolution. Make it an attainable goal. And when you reach that goal, make another and then another. With each success, you'll be motivated to aim for another goal.
Stick to it: Experts say it takes about 21 days for a new activity (such as exercising) to become a habit, and six months for it to become part of your personality. Your new habits will become second nature in no time

sad to say, i have not started it on track yet but i made a mini step by walking home tonight.
