recently I have been volunteering a lot due to too much free time on my hands.
Realised and met all kind of folks. Good ones, bad ones, loud mouth, complaining type and funny ones.
I conclude that we all wanted to do just what we want to do, meaning all the shitty work will leave for other "volunteer". Since we volunteer our time, we shouldn't be avoiding any tasks.
I admire the quiet guy that was at the washing bay. He did his tasks well and with a smile. I hope one day we have better organisation even when it comes to volunteering work.
