I have start to notice my parents failing health. My dad has been complaining pain in the knee, dry eyes and hearing sound. My mum had just recently been on medications for high cholesterol and failing memory, she always ask the same question several times and i force myself to give the same answer each time without being irritate.
I know this is all part of life, and i am worried on the finances part. Health care in Singapore hasn't been cheap. This is really worrying.
My mum gave me a pleasant surprise today, she actually agree to let me have my own house when i am 35 and that means i need not have to stay with them. But is never a promise as they are often fickle minded and soon forget what they say a minute ago.
My plan is to save enough so that i have enough money to renovate my house then. 3 years to go.
