Yes, i have slacked and laze in my exercise routine, had not been exercising since last 2 week after travel and recovering from tummy troubles. I feel so so so tired and the body aches stress at work is draining me. My tummy is getting bigger and soon i will be offer a seat in the MRT as people thought i might be pregant. Oh god!
I went for my ABT and kick box class today, very tired now.
