Yes, i flopped in my exercise schedule again. I wonder if it is because of the age? ( i thought i could hear my mum say : stop finding excuses) I don't seem to have the stamina i use to have when i exercise as i get tired easily. It might be because i am carrying more excess weight now.
I dreamt last night that i became so fat that i had double chin and my arm is the size of a tree trunk!
Oh god...give me some motivation to move on...please
