Yes, i am living my life in the slower lane now, trying to keep work from 9 to 5, try to be detached from work.
However i experience all sort of withdrawal symptoms from slowing down life.
1. I find that i can't seem to slow down my eating pace. I tried to enjoy my meal but i can't as my mind tells me to quickly finish it.
2. Headaches and lethargic, although i am exercising everyday, i found that i could not have my stamina back.
3. Frustrated mind as i am struggling between having to keep my mind "busy" versus having to laze around
4. Aging body, i felt that i do not have good digestions, headaches, knee joint pain and stamina issues
5. Have been thinking a lot about having my own house lately. I have decided to keep a notebook to note down everything that came to my mind. The dog, the windows, the home stereo, the music Cd's rack, the flowers, the kitchens, the oven and many more.
My work load is going to be reduced as there will be some internal re assigning of duties. That might be a good thing as i have more time to concentrate on important task. (less stress). I might have time to go for evening jogs.....I am worry though on the effects of less work as i might feel boring? Haiz, so difficult to please, right? Too much work complaint, too little work also worry...
It might be a good thing as i would like to follow the flow of life and hopefully it might lead me to something new.
