Helpdesk or Helpless

I often need to write or re direct e-mails to helpdesk, when i click that send button, spell check will suggest "helpless" to replace the word helpdesk. Funny right?

I sometimes pity those mending the helpdesk, having to put up with unreasonable and unfriendly users. My work also has" helpdesk" duties and i always tell myself to sound patience and keep my cool but sometimes my true color will appear.

Extract which i found is so damn true....

"I deal with frustrated customers all day, so if you're nice to me I might want to go out of my way to help you."
