Negotiation

Went to the library to pick up some books to read. I really feel that life is very boring. Lucky there is such thing called books.

This book on negotiations for women is really interesting to read. Particularly this sentence make a whole lot of sense to me.

Business and negotiation are not venues for emotionality. Whether one is negotiating with a boss, customer or a loved ones, tears,rage and emotional outburst do not belong in successful negotiations and can often undermine them.
